1) Net terms are given with approved credit. Shipments to new accounts are sent on cash in advance or credit card terms pending credit approval. All orders are subject to credit approval prior to shipment. No orders will be shipped to past due accounts. Delinquent accounts will be subject to a 30% APR finance charge (0.083% per day) plus collection and legal costs if incurred. A $25.00 fee will be applied to all returned checks.

2) We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

3) All orders are F.O.B. Walnut, CA unless notified otherwise.

4) Ventrio Corporation reserves the right to withdraw or modify prices on any product offered without prior notice.

5) Merchandise will not be accepted for return (for credit or repair) unless our permission has been previously given and an RMA number has been issued. All returns must be shipped prepaid. Be sure to clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and enclose the proof of purchase, otherwise, your return will be refused. Freight collect or COD returns will also be refused.

Please call us or request online for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Equipment must be returned within ten (10) days of an RMA issue date, after which the shipment will be refused. There may be restocking charges as follows for merchandise accepted for return provided that the cartons are unopened and goods are not damaged. Credit may be denied in the event that the product is returned damaged, missing parts or packaging materials.

Equipment purchased within 6 months - up to 25% restocking
Equipment purchased over 6 months and up to one year - up to 50% restocking.

6) All shortages must be reported within seven days of receipt of shipment.

7) All shipments received damaged must either be refused or noted on your delivery receipt or bill of landing at the time of arrival of goods in order to insure the liability of the delivering carrier.

8) Any equipment found defective ‘out of box’ will be exchanged for new equipment and must be returned within 10 days in like-new condition and in original packaging.

9) Ventrio Corporation has made every reasonable effort to help ensure the accuracy of all product information and prices on this website and will not be held responsible for typographical errors including, but not limited to product prices and specifications. All products advertised were available and current when added to the site, but are subject to manufacturer availability. Please be advised that manufacturers occasionally change prices and discontinue products.

10) Unless otherwise noted, price quotes given through the Dealer Quote system are valid for 30 days from the time given by a Ventrio Corporation sales person. At the end of the 30 day period, quotes that have not been accepted by placing an order or rejected will simply time-out. Ventrio Corporation will not be held responsible for quotes given to outside parties (your customer), once the quote has surpassed the 30 day limit.

11) The limited warranty does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as result of Shipping or improper installation or maintenance. Any Misuse, neglect or improper environment, repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of option/parts by anyone other than Ventrio Corporation authorized service center, excessive/inadequate electrical power surges or other irregularities.
